Unnamed Memory Season 2 Anime Unveils Main Visual

Crunchyroll will simulcast the fantasy romance sequel This is the story of a cursed prince and the strongest witch in a world where magic is a part of life. Peeling back a layer, the true story is that of a protagonist with a mind of steel who declares, “You don’t have to break the curse; just marry me since it doesn’t affect you. That way everything’s settled.” Then, the witch insists, “I refuse to marry you, and I will break the curse!” From there, the story becomes one of how their back-and-forth ends up changing the history of the entire world they live in. Related: What happen in season 1 n a time period known as the Age of Witches exists a land of magic and kingdoms. The reason for the era’s name is due to the five witches who live across the land, wielding tremendous magical power, enough to singlehandedly bring a nation to its knees. The prince of Farsas, Oscar, knows this power all too well. When he was a child, he and his father were cursed by the Witch of Silence so that they could never bear children, which would end their bloodline. The nation used every mean to try and figure out a way to break this curse, but to no avail. In this time, Oscar spent his days training himself in sword and statecraft, so as to make up for his inability to continue the Farsas royal bloodline. After exhausting every other option, Oscar himself decides to go out and seek the power of the Witch of the Azure Moon. It is said that whoever conquers the tower that she resides in, filled with puzzles and traps in abundance, will be granted a wish. He goes with the intention of asking her to break his curse, but when she sees how beautiful she is, and how she has the ability to resist the curse’s magic, he decides that he instead would like for her to marry him. The Witch, Tinasha, refuses profusely. However, she compromises to stay with him in Farsas for a year as his protector. Over time, Tinasha adjusts to the world that has changed drastically since the last time she left her tower, and realizes that there is more to Oscar’s character than his stubborn will. Similarly, Oscar begins to learn more of the nature of magic and witches, and realizes that the pretty face of his protector conceals many dark, century old secrets. The Irregular at Magic High School THE MOVIE -Yotsuba Succession Arc- Hits Theaters Next Winter

Updated teaser visual revealed for ongoing adaptation based on fantasy light novel series Fantasy light novel fans will have something to look forward to next year, because according to an official post on social media, The Irregular at Magic High School THE MOVIE -Yotsuba Succession Arc- is heading to theaters in Japan “next winter”, i.e. the winter season of 2026. An updated teaser visual (below) has also been published for the film. RELATED: The Irregular at Magic High School Yotsuba Succession Arc Anime Film Announced The original The Irregular at Magic High School light novels are written by Tsutomu Sato, illustrated by Kana Ishida and published in Japan by ASCII Media Works under their Dengeki Bunko imprint. Yen Press also publishes an English language version of the series. Crunchyroll describes The Irregular at Magic High School: Based on the light novel by Tsutomu Sato, The irregular at magic high school is set in a world where magic exists but instead of using chants and spells, magic users cast spells with their Casting Assistant Device (CAD). The CAD is infused with the user’s Psions (a substance-less thought particle) that activates the device and constructs the magic ritual. The story follows Tatsuya Shiba, a bodyguard to his sister Miyuki Shiba, who is also a candidate to succeed the leadership of the Yotsuba clan, one of the Ten Master Clans that govern Japan’s magicians. They enroll into First High School which segregates its students based on their magical abilities. Miyuki is enrolled as a first course student and is viewed as one of the best students, while Tatsuya is in the second course and considered to be magically inept. However, Tatsuya’s technical knowledge, combat abilities, and unique magic techniques cause people to view him as an irregular to the school’s standardized rankings Tatsuya Shiba (司波 達也, Shiba Tatsuya) and Miyuki Shiba (司波 深雪, Shiba Miyuki) Tatsuya and Miyuki are siblings of the same school year and children to Tatsurou Shiba and the late Miya Yotsuba with Tatsuya being 11 months older than Miyuki; their parents had a loveless forced marriage, and when their mother died, their father married his mistress, Sayuri Furuha, leaving the siblings to live by themselves. Maya Yotsuba, their aunt and the current leader of the Yotsuba Clan, was the reason Tatsuya was born with the unique magic to decompose, reconstruct, and detonate matter (along with some gene manipulation).6Out of fear of his powers, the Yotsuba Clan leadership of that time argued for Tatsuya’s death, forcing Miya and Maya to take measures to ensure his survival: the first was Miyuki’s creation with genetic enhancements in utero, who would act as a seal to Tatsuya’s power; the second was to magically dull Tatsuya’s emotions except for his familial love towards Miyuki; and the third was to assign Tatsuya to be Miyuki’s bodyguard in order to develop his sense of loyalty towards her. During a family vacation in Okinawa, Tatsuya warded off an invasion by the Great Asian Alliance and joined the 101 Independent Magic-Equipped Battalion which is headed by Major Kazama Harunobu. At some point during his life, Tatsuya developed an interest in engineering magical technology and commercialized revolutionary technology through his family’s company, Four Leaves Technology, under the pseudonymous identity Taurus Silver.  He is voiced by Yuichi Nakamura  and Alejandro Saab
